Rest in a pleasant environment on a rural farm, surrounded by quiet, clean and untouched nature, far from curious sights in the small village of Magrini near Nova Vas, only 7 kilometres from Poreč and 6 kilometres from the nearest beach.(Materada Beach). The house is located only 5 kilometres from the speleological attraction (Jama-Grotta-Baredine). At your request, the hosts will host you in a traditional way with the possibility of tasting local wine, quality extra virgin olive oil and traditional dishes, as well as the possibility of consuming vegetables from their own cultivation and other products from the farm. The small farm is engaged in the cultivation of olives, vines, cereals and vegetable crops, as well as the production of extra virgin olive oil, red and white wine. Olives are grown traditionally, and production is done by cold pressing. In addition, they raise sheep, lambs and pigs on a natural diet, so the offer includes quality lamb, homemade Istrian prosciutto made in the traditional - old fashioned way, homemade sausages, ombolo and pancetta.

The capacity is for two to four (2-4) people. It is decorated in a rustic Istrian autochthonous style. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with a flat-screen TV and a couch that can be used as an extra bed for two people. The house also has a dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture.
