Capacity is for 9 people. Within the villa there is a large yard with a barbecue and a swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 meters. Parking is provided for four vehicles (cars), with covered parking for two. The host comes/stays in the villa (outside) only when maintaining the pool, he enters the villa in agreement with the guests when something needs to be repaired or resolved. Otherwise, he does not stay in the villa.

The house has a total of five (5) apartments with capacity for one to six (1-6) people. The house has at its disposal a large swimming pool, which is intended for the common use of all guests. Deck chairs, umbrellas, a trampoline with props for the youngest, outdoor seating, and a fireplace for preparing the finest barbecue are also available. Parking is provided within the house.
