A pleasant place to stay
The building is located in the center of Porec. It is only 800 meters from the old town, while it is 550 meters from the first nearest beach. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden, greenery and plants. In the garden on the grassy area there is a barbecue with a table and benches for sitting, a wonderful place to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. In front, there is a covered and arranged parking lot available to guests. There are a total of three apartments in the building: A2+1, B4+1a and B4+1b.

Apartment for three people (A2+1)
On the second floor, more precisely in the attic of the house, there is apartment A2+1 with a capacity for two to a maximum of three (2-3) people. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, while in the kitchen there is a couch that can be used as an extra bed. From the kitchen you can go out to the terrace where there is a garden furniture and from which there is a wonderful view of the city of Porec. The apartment rental price includes the use of: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking is provided within the building.
Apartment for five persons No. 1 (B4+1a)
On the first floor of the house there is an apartment B4+1a with capacity for four to five (4-5) people. It consists of a living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa, the apartment also has a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (one room has a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for a fifth person), and two bathrooms. The apartment also has two beautiful balconies with seating furniture, from which the view extends to the garden.
