The newly renovated apartment house is located in Porec in the settlement (Stancija Vergotini), the house is two (2) kilometres away from the centre of Porec and the nearest beach. The house has a total of five (5) apartments with capacity for one to six (1-6) people. The house has at its disposal a large swimming pool, which is intended for the common use of all guests.
