The host stays in the outdoor area of the villa when maintaining the pool and only enters the interior in agreement with the guests if repairs or maintenance are needed. Otherwise, guests are provided with complete privacy and a peaceful stay.

The newly renovated apartment house is located in Porec in the settlement (Stancija Vergotini), the house is two (2) kilometres away from the centre of Porec and the nearest beach. The house has a total of five (5) apartments with capacity for one to six (1-6) people. The house has at its disposal a large swimming pool, which is intended for the common use of all guests. Deck chairs, umbrellas, a trampoline with props for the youngest, outdoor seating, and a fireplace for preparing the finest barbecue are also available. Parking is provided within the house.
