The family vacation house Veli Jože is located in the southern part of Poreč. Veli Jože Street offers a quiet and safe environment, ideal for families, couples or those looking for a peaceful environment.
The street was named after Vela Joža, the giant from the story written by Vladimir Nazor, one of the most important Croatian writers. The story of Joža's veil became a symbol of the little man's fight against injustice.
The street is well connected to the main roads in Poreč, which allows easy access to the city center, shops, restaurants and other facilities. Proximity to major roads facilitates daily activities and trips.
The nearest beach is Brulo beach. It is surrounded by a pine forest that provides natural shade and creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The sea is clean and clear. The beach is mainly pebbly and offers numerous activities for visitors. Near the beach there are numerous bars and restaurants offering food and drink, allowing visitors to enjoy refreshments and meals overlooking the sea.
Private parking for two cars is located in front of the house.
Younger groups are not allowed to stay in the facility.

The house has capacity for six people.
It consists of three bedrooms with a balcony, two with a double bed and one with two separate single/independent beds. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a seating area and a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom. From the living room you can access a beautifully decorated garden with a barbecue and a seating area.
There are two air conditioners in the house. One in the living room, and the other in the corridor of the upper floor.
The apartment rental price includes the use of: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
